BIO-CHEM Intl. is a Malaysian company specializing in high quality water-based wood lacquer. Some of our customers in Vietnam have been using our product to replace PU and NC in their wooden toys finishing.
So far, our customers are very pleased and mention that our WATER-BASED wood lacquer enables them to obtain certain benefits, such as:
- HIGH QUALITY -- With high solid content, our water-based final finishing can achieve PU-like quality (smoothness, hardness & water resistance)
- TIME SAVING -- With fast drying time (30 minutes sanding ability) the speed of paint application is similar to those of NC. Moreover, as its solid content is much higher than NC, very often, we can reduce one or more steps of paint application.
- SAFE for Children -- The toxic elements are ... far bellow the allowed limits of european standard on safety of toys , -i.e. EN71 Part 3:1994, Amandment A1:2000 and AC:2002, LEAD, CADMIUM, NPEO and ORGANO TIN content.
- COST SAVING -- Due to high solid content, fewer steps of paint application and saving in production time, the total cost per square meter (m2) of our water-based paint is relatively lower than that of PU or NC
